Rate Information:

*Above listed rates are based on 1 to 2 guests. $30 per night 3rd person. Rates do not include 6% state tax and 5% local tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates may be higher during Holidays and Special Events. We do not guarantee specific room assignment, only room type and quoted rate. Premium rates will apply for specific room assignment if available.

Deposits:

A deposit of 33% of the total is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due upon check-in. There are no refunds for early departures.

Payment at the Dunes Guest House:

Room payment is due upon check-in. Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Travelers Checks may be used at the front desk. No personal checks will be accepted. $30 per person per day over 2. 11% Tax added to rates.

Cancellation Policy:

If a reservation is canceled at least 21 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled less than 21 days prior to the arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.

Meals:

Free Continental Breakfast is available 8am - 11am daily. The Dunes is a short drive from gay bars, nightlife, shopping and many gay-friendly restaurants in gay Fort Lauderdale.

Season:

The Dunes in gay Ft Lauderdale is open year round. High Season is December till April.

Children:

Sorry, no one under the age of 18 years is allowed.

8am till 6pm, EST

Check-In/Check-Out Times:

Check-in time is 2pm till 6pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
Late check-in for any of our gay guest houses should be pre-arranged 48 hours prior to arrival.
